O Praise the Name

I cast my mind to Calvary
Where Jesus bled and died for me
I see His wounds His hands His feet
My Saviour on that cursed tree

His body bound and drenched in tears
They laid Him down in Joseph's tomb
The entrance sealed by heavy stone
Messiah still and all alone

O praise the Name of the Lord our God
O praise His Name forevermore
For endless days we will sing Your praise
Oh Lord oh Lord our God

Then on the third at break of dawn
The Son of heaven rose again
O trampled death where is your sting
The angels roar for Christ the King

O praise the Name of the Lord our God
O praise His Name forevermore
For endless days we will sing Your praise
Oh Lord oh Lord our God

He shall return in robes of white
The blazing sun shall pierce the night
And I will rise among the saints
My gaze transfixed on Jesus' face

O praise the Name of the Lord our God
O praise His Name forevermore
For endless days we will sing Your praise
Oh Lord oh Lord our God
Oh Lord oh Lord our God
Oh Lord oh Lord our God

All Hail King Jesus

There was a moment when the lights went out
When death had claimed its victory
The King of Love had given up His life
The darkest day in history
There on a cross they made for sinners
For every curse His blood atoned
One final breath and it was finished
But not the end we could have known

For the earth began to shake and the veil was torn
What sacrifice was made as the heavens roared

All hail King Jesus
All hail the Lord of Heaven and earth
All hail King Jesus
All hail the Savior of the world

There was a moment when the sky lit up
A flash of light breaking through
When all was lost, He crossed eternity
The King of life was on the move

For in a dark cold tomb where our Lord was laid
One miraculous breath and we're forever changed

All hail King Jesus
All hail the Lord of Heaven and earth
All hail King Jesus
All hail the Savior of the world

Let ev'ry knee come bow before the King of Kings
Let ev'ry tongue confess that He is Lord

Lift up your shout let us join with all of Heaven
Singing Holy singing Holy
Cry out Holy singing Holy

All hail King Jesus all hail King Jesus
All hail King Jesus all hail King Jesus

I Speak Jesus

I just want to speak the Name of Jesus
Over ev'ry heart and ev'ry mind
'Cause I know there is peace within Your presence
I speak Jesus

I just want to speak the Name of Jesus
'Til ev'ry dark addiction starts to break
Declaring there is hope and there is freedom
I speak Jesus

('Cause) Your Name is power, Your Name is healing
Your Name is life
Break ev'ry stronghold, shine through the shadows
Burn like a fire

I just want to speak the Name of Jesus
Over fear and all anxie - ty
To ev'ry soul held captive by depression
I speak Jesus

Shout Jesus from the mountains Jesus in the streets
Jesus in the darkness over ev'ry ene - my
Jesus for my fam'ly I speak the holy Name
Jesus

('Cause) Your Name is power, Your Name is healing
Your Name is life
Break ev'ry stronghold, shine through the shadows
Burn like a fire

I just want to speak the Name of Jesus
Over ev'ry heart and ev'ry mind
'Cause I know there is peace within His presence
I speak Jesus

Shout Jesus from the mountains, Jesus in the streets
Jesus in the darkness over ev'ry enemy
Jesus for my family, I speak the holy Name
Jesus

Sermon Notes / Scripture

John 4:4-15
And he had to pass through Samaria. So he came to a town of Samaria called Sychar, near the field that Jacob had given to his son Joseph. Jacob’s well was there; so Jesus, wearied as he was from his journey, was sitting beside the well. It was about the sixth hour.
A woman from Samaria came to draw water. Jesus said to her, “Give me a drink.” (For his disciples had gone away into the city to buy food.) The Samaritan woman said to him, “How is it that you, a Jew, ask for a drink from me, a woman of Samaria?” ( For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans.) Jesus answered her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is that is saying to you, ‘Give me a drink,’ you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.” The woman said to him, “Sir, you have nothing to draw water with, and the well is deep. Where do you get that living water?  Are you greater than our father Jacob? He gave us the well and drank from it himself, as did his sons and his livestock.” Jesus said to her, “Everyone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” The woman said to him, “Sir, give me this water, so that I will not be thirsty or have to come here to draw water.”

Matthew 10:9-14
Acquire no gold or silver or copper for your belts, no bag for your journey, or two tunics or sandals or a staff, for the laborer deserves his food. And whatever town or village you enter, find out who is worthy in it and stay there until you depart. As you enter the house, greet it. And if the house is worthy, let your peace come upon it, but if it is not worthy, let your peace return to you. And if anyone will not receive you or listen to your words, shake off the dust from your feet when you leave that house or town.
